I always figured that skepticism is not really a measurement of anything. The Bloch sphere (3d diagram of quatum binar) shows that the natural state of true or false has never been what we thought it was. The collapse of super positioned particles need not occur from skeptical observation. Bell's theorem is not violated by skepticism.
