Where are all the modern day Edgar Cayce's. Anybody know? I found an interesting/gifted young woman by the name of Akiane Kramarik http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Akiane_Kramarik a few weeks ago. It appears that she may be getting her artistic inspirations from a higher intelligence (or Akashic Record, lol). She claims it comes directly from God. Anybody got links to other amazing people.

The Gold Leaf Lady. This may not be what you had in mind, EKUMA1981, but there is an interesting case of a woman who is neither a soothsayer nor gifted in the usual sense. And yet she possesses a very unusual ability that defies scientific explanation. Her case appears to have been rigorously investigated by Stephen Braude, a professor at the University of Maryland and even the skeptics are not making any progress in debunking it. In any case, I hope that this is one of those threads that lasts a long time as people continue to post examples of interesting people. And we could let our forum members decide for themselves which ones are truly amazing.
