I was just wondering about the 'points system' here Jim.....I mean, what are the points applied to, what do the reward points involve, and what is the prize?....just asking...

Ha ha. The points are an artifact of the forum engine which I have limited control over. Essentially, you get 3 points per post, and go through the ranks of "Newbie", "Member", and "Advanced Member" as you get more points. I have no idea if any of those levels give you any more privileges, other than bragging rights. It's all the same to me - great posts are great posts. I do notice that the system penalizes you if you deleted a post you previously made, or maybe edit one. I haven't figured out a way to shut that off, so, every once in a while, I go in as admin ("the architect") and restore peoples points to 3 per post.
