Now that Neo is back, where is Agent Smith? Ha! Remember, the Oracle did explain that Smith is Neo's opposite and negative, a result of the 'Matrix' equation to balance itself out. The yin and the yang. In fact, The 'Matrix' Trilogy is remarkable for the breadth and depth of both its religious and philosophical references. :)
