Overlooking the obvious similarity between the 8-rayed or spooked ATLAS detector at CERN with the Mayan belief in a serpent rope (

So you can see the connection between a collider and ,

The control building for CERN's Large Hadron Collider was new: it had been authorized in A.D. 2004 and completed in 2006. The building enclosed a central courtyard, inevitably named
"the nucleus." Every office had a window either facing in toward the nucleus or out toward the rest of CERN's sprawling campus. The quadrangle surrounding the nucleus was two stories tall, but the main elevators had four stops: the two above-ground levels; the basement, which housed boiler rooms and storage; and the minus-one-hundred-meter level, which exited onto a staging area for the monorail used to travel along the twenty-seven-kilometer circumference of the collider tunnel. The tunnel itself ran under farmers' fields, the outskirts of the Geneva airport, and the foothills of the Jura mountains. The south wall of the control building's main corridor was divided into 19 long sections, each of which had been decorated with a mosaic made by an artist from one of CERN's member countries. The one from Greece depicted Democritus and the origin of atomic theory; the one from Germany portrayed the life of Einstein; the one from Denmark, that of Niels Bohr. Not all of the mosaics had physics as their themes, though: the French one depicted the skyline of Paris, and the Italian one showed a vineyard with thousands of polished amethysts representing individual grapes. The actual control room for the Large Hadron Collider was a perfect square, with wide, sliding doors positioned precisely in the centers of 2 of its sides. The room was 2 stories tall, and the upper half was walled with glass, so that tour groups could look down on the proceedings; CERN offered 3-hour public tours Mondays and Saturdays at 09h00 and 14h00. Hanging flat against the walls below the windows were the 19 member-state flags, 5 per wall; the 20th spot was taken up by the blue-and-gold flag of the European Union. The control room contained dozens of consoles. One was devoted to operating the particle injectors; it controlled the beginnings of experiments. Adjacent to it was another with an angled face and 10 inlaid monitors that would display the results reported by the ALICE and CMS detectors, the huge underground systems that would record and attempt to identify the particles produced by LHC experiments. Monitors on a 3rd console showed portions of the gently curving underground collider tunnel, with the I-beam monorail track hanging from the ceiling.
The CERN is a torroidal magnetic field which is used to provide a friction-free medium to propel particles. This is to say that CERN could be used to fire particles, but not to radiate electromagnetic energy. Notwithstanding; it is theoretically conceivable that it could be used to fire particles at the van allen belts but the van allen belts should absorb them, as they do already with particles from the sun. So even particles should not be able to puncture the belts. The additional excitement, though, may cause secondary radiation resulting in interference to communications electromagnetic signals. So perhaps it won’t create necessarily a hole or stargate for the ...WHATEVER COMING OUT.

On Tuesday evening, December 8th, CERN's Large Hadron Collider (LHC), located in Switzerland,
“smashed together subatomic particles at the highest energies ever reached by a human-made accelerator” which were then
‘quantumly’ transferred to the massive Partial Reflection Medium-Frequency (MF) Atmospheric Radar Facility located in Ramfjordmoen, Norway, operated by European Incoherent Scatter Facility (EISCAT) radar and ionospheric heating scientists who, in turn, work under the supervision of the American High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) that many call one the largest
‘weapons of mass destruction’ ever constructed.

The Ionosphere, in a TESLA SHIELD and the BAE Systems patent, is heated to the point where it becomes PLASMA.
PLASMA is the matter state, phase, of an energized and ionized gas (ie: atmosphere) in which it becomes elctrically conductive and can be effected by magnetic fields. It also begins to emit light through electrical discharge.The EISCAT Ionospheric Heating Facility at Tromsø, Norway has all the technology necessary to produce such an atmospheric event.
Now upon this
‘quantumly’ transferred high-energy beam being received in Ramfjordmoen, it was then ‘pulsed’ vertically into the upper atmosphere above Norway at 2.43 MHz by their MF Radar antennas which resulted in a
‘spiral’ light display [photo top left] described by Britain’s Daily Mail News Service as:

Important to note is that this was not the first attempt to ‘attack’ the ‘heavens of the gods’, but the second. For on November 2nd, and in a prelude to their receiving the high-energy beam from CERN, the scientists at Ramfjordmoen fired their MF Radar into the upper atmosphere resulting in a partial ‘spiral’ light display [photo 2nd left] described by Catelijne Brokke, a bus driver in Hammerfest, Norway, as:
