This is extremely disturbing. I don't doubt it for a minute since DNA is nothing more than a computer code. But with the Rockerfellers funding this, you know dang well what their intentions for this are, and it will not be to benefit mankind. It will be to pad their pockets and use it to smite their enemies. Possibly even population control.
