Sorry, I haven't had time yet to actually read this article. I wpuldn't mess up my kitchen. But then again, I'm fortunate enough to have a garage, and a "big metal building" (I call it my 'Shop"). They've both been converted for just this sort of work.

I might have just agreed with the title a few years ago, but let's not forget - civilisations tend to rise and fall. People in Rome were looking at the Coluseem for centuries, thinking "We did that - what happened?"
