That does look interesting, but I've found a lot of the things like the brainwave generator and other things don't work. I think the deepest sense of believing in something is what really does align our body into a unified action. It is an inward struggle and a personal battle, sort of like golf. I'm sure tools can help a little but I would feel like cheating. The only tool I think that isn't cheating is drugs. Natural drugs unlock certain things and are here for a purpose to help those who have trouble. Designing these sorts of things are really messing with things we don't truly know much about.
