The UFO phenomenon has proven to be a problem not fit for science which relies on reproducibility, it also does not fit into the study of Math, Language, Arts or Philosophy. Thus a new study of Nature is needed that properly addresses the immense complexity of the phenomena. This presentation will attempt to formalize such a study and set guidelines for it that will last for hundreds to thousands of years just as Math and Language have.
