Came across this recently and had to share. I think Ross wrote a very clear and concise treatment of quantum mechanics and how the programmed reality theory can provide the underlying foundation. It supplements many of the ideas that we have talked about on this forum and in the usual references (my book, My Big TOE, Brian Whitworth's work, etc.). I will be incorporating this into the overall (and getting HUGE) list of evidence. Surprised that I hadn't come across it before given that it was written back in 2001. Good stuff.
