If time dilates as the speed of light approaches, then wouldn't t=0 at C? Does the frame of reference of light have the entire universe from the big bang, to the possibly predicted big crunch all occurring simultaneously? And what of the universal background radiation? If there is light EVERYWHERE and from its perspective everything is frozen is the universe just an enormous 3D smear like a modern painting, that is illuminated from every angle internally and externally? If there is a multiverse, is it akin to a giant art gallery containing so many variations of a smear?
