Yeah there have been some lucid masks out for years but I haven't tried any yet. I already have apnea so I need a mask to breath so I don't know how these would work.
WILD works best for me ... Wake Induced Lucid Dreaming using a saltcube timer is the easiest. It dings at random intervals to wake you up or remind you of your reality while staying asleep..
